We
realize it is not easy to make the decision to invite a stranger
into your home. We insist that you participate in
selecting your caregivers. Any potential caregiver
presented for your approval has been carefully and personally
screened by the Allied Homecare Incorporated Administrator.
We place strong emphasis upon a solid employment history,
references, pleasing personality, reliability, and
trustworthiness.
When you contact us, we begin reviewing your needs through
discussions with you and your family. When appropriate, we
also consult your physician, social workers, hospital staff,
nursing home staff and others directly involved in your care.
This interactive discussion allows us to develop an
individualized care program to address your specific needs.
Following our initial screening, prospective caregivers are
introduced to you and your family for your interview and
approval. You are in complete control of this process, and
may reject an applicant for any reason. We never expect
you to accept a caregiver and invite them into your home unless
you are completely comfortable. If a caregiver proves
later to be an unacceptable match, we will replace the caregiver
at your request until you are completely satisfied.
Our caregivers are fully supervised and periodic unannounced
home visits are conducted as an additional measure of quality
control. Your satisfaction is our primary focus... our
caregivers are experienced, trained, licensed, certified
healthcare professionals. Each employee of Allied Homecare
is required to furnish proof of licensure in good standing,
undergone a criminal background check, been tested for
tuberculosis, and is bonded.
